The Waterproof CyberScan Series 300 Dissolved Oxygen meter is specially designed to meet the rigours of outdoor field measurement. It is equipped with an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) microprocessor which provides many advanced features through its user customisable set-up functions, while maintaining a user-friendly interface.
INNOVATIVE WATERPROOF DESIGN
Eutech waterproof hand-held meters are ergonomically designed to be waterproof (IP67) and light-weight. The meter even floats on water for easy retrieval; suitable for rugged outdoor use and convenient one-hand operation. The back-lit display for DO 300 makes it ideal for measurement at night and dark places!
USER CUSTOMISATION
The CyberScan Series 300 Dissolved Oxygen meters permit user-customisation of the following functions:
• Ready
• Auto-off
• mg/l or % mode
• Temperature Compensation
• Barometric pressure
• Salinity correction.
CONCENTRATION OR % MODE
At the push of a button, the meter switches measurement mode from mg/l or ppm to % saturation with the corresponding temperature.
PRESSURE AND SALINITY COMPENSATION
Barometric pressure and salinity values can be keyed manually into the set-up option. The meter automatically takes care of the necessary compensation including temperature, thus eliminating the need for cumbersome charts. This gives flexibility for the meter to be used in different locations and different applications.
MEMORY WITH TIME/DATE STAMPING
Up to 50 sets of data sets can be stored with respective temperature, time and date information; perfect for Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) requirements.
ELECTRODE DIAGNOSIS
Condition of electrode can be viewed through the set-up menu, making it easy for user to check on the accuracy of readings.
ELECTRODE WITH BUILT-IN TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Galvanic cell allows instantaneous measurements without waiting for the probe to be polarised as is the case with amperometric electrodes. The rugged galvanic electrode is optimised for quick response and is able to withstand the rigours of portable use. It requires little or no maintenance and has built-in automatic temperature compensation. Includes an integral 3-metre waterproof cable. Maintenance kit with membranes and O-rings is also included.
EASY-TO-READ DISPLAY
The large custom LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) with Back-Lit shows both primary (Dissolved Oxygen) and secondary (Temperature) values measured, complete with mode and units of measure. Graphic Symbols and self-diagnostic message codes, such as condition of electrode, provide user comprehensive information for easy and trouble-free operation.
RUGGED, ALL-WEATHER CARRYING CASE
A custom-built rugged carrying case provides for compact and convenient storage of meter, electrode, calibrating solutions and accessories, specially helpful for field testing.
