The PS7000 new features include the ability for the user to re-range the sensor with simple to use, field adjust software. This interface also allows the user to enter “True Level” inputs for fluid density and local gravity.

The Sensor is ideal for use in groundwater, surface water and a wide range of water monitoring and environmental projects. A durable corrosion resistant body rugged ceramic capacitance transducer and double O ring sealing ensure suitability for harsh environment applications. The sensor comes fitted with a moulded polyurethane cable as standard. Other cable Options are also supported. An optional SDI-1X adapter can provide a serial output for external controllers or data loggers.
The PS7000 has a 0.1% FS Accuracy with a standard output of 4-20mA (0-2.5Vdc as an option). The sensor can be supplied in various gauge (vented) or absolute (non vented) pressure ranges.

Gauge sensors utilise a closed vent system (CVS). This provides barometric pressure venting of the sensor, without the need to continually replace desiccant.
