You'll get forecasting, on-screen graphing, and much more. Quick view icons show the forecast at a glance—sunny, partly sunny, cloudy, rain or snow—while a moving ticker-tape display gives more details.
For improved accuracy, temperature and humidity sensors are housed inside a radiation shield. The shield protects against solar radiation and other sources of radiated and reflected heat. Choose our standard radiation shield, or, for the utmost in accuracy, our 24-hour fan-aspirated radiation shield.
Available in both wireless and cabled (with a cable that runs from the outdoor sensor suite to the console) versions.
Includes Vantage Pro2 console/receiver, integrated sensor suite (ISS), and mounting hardware. ISS includes rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, anemometer, 40' (12 m) anemometer cable, solar radiation sensor, UV sensor, sensor mounting shelf, and solar panel. Temperature and humidity sensors are enclosed in standard radiation shield.
24 Hour Hour Fan-Aspirated Model 06163
Temperature and humidity sensors are enclosed in our patented, solar-powered, 24-hour fan-aspirated radiation shield. Shield combines fan aspiration and passive shielding to minimize the effects of solar radiation.
